I was born and raised in San Sebastian (Spain). After fulfilling a Business Administration degree, I moved to the Netherlands to complete an International Business Management degree. In 2009, I moved to England and worked in Finance for 8 years until I realised I wanted to turn my passion for Spanish Gastronomy, especially Iberian cured meat, into my job.
