I was born and raised in San Sebastian (Spain). After fulfilling a Business Administration degree, I moved to the Netherlands to complete an International Business Management degree. In 2009, I moved to England and worked in Finance for 8 years until I realised I wanted to turn my passion for Spanish Gastronomy, especially Iberian cured meat, into my job.  

I trained to become a Master Spanish Ham Cutter at the International School of Ham Cutters in Spain (Escuela Internacional de Cortadores de Jamón). I have completed all the courses and become a Master Cutter and I am also qualified to pair the Jamon (Spanish Ham) with food and drinks to be able to provide my customers with the most amazing experience when eating the Jamon. 

I have now been able to make my dream come true thanks to the support of my family and friends and I am here to share all my passion for Spanish delicacies with you.
