All our Iberico products come from Guijuelo, one of the most popular areas in Spain for the production of Iberian ham. Our Iberico delicacies come from a family-run company based in Guijuelo itself. They all have the Iberico Quality label that proves that the pigs have been treated, cared for and fed under the Iberico standards and regulations. The main characteristic of the Iberian pig is that it has a higher level of intramuscular fat infiltration compared to the standard white pig. This characteristic makes its meat more intense and gives it a flavoursome taste.
